The Core exists to bring these businesses together. We are the collective voice of city-centre hospitality, advocating for fair policy, smart regulation, and a thriving, safe, and successful environment for businesses, workers, and communities.
We work constructively with public partners — from local government to police — to address shared challenges such as licensing, late-night economy management, workforce development, and safety. We also provide insight and intelligence to our members, helping businesses navigate change and grow sustainably.
